We ended up being in the situation of having a week left before our mortgage was about to go to very expensive floating rates (& we needed to restructure &/or change banks) because of being mucked around for over two months by a different broker from a different company. She was there with every late night & weekend question - I did feel guilty for her husband! She totally looked after us & effectively held our hand the whole way. The end result was so much better than we could have imagined - great fixed interest rate & a great cash contribution, lawyers sorted - done.

Needless to say, we went straight back to Pamela when some adjustments needed to be made. And now change is on the horizon again & once again we have contacted Pamela. Nothing is ever simple - this time is almost more complex than the first, but I trust Pamela will have it sorted & help us to work through the complexities with a winning solution for everyone.
